I'm certainly proud of the hard work and tough choices being made by the folks at the Lancaster County Recovery Zone Facility Bond Program. OK, not really. Awarding Faulkner BMW $3.7 million to help build a new showroom so they can sell more German cars to affluent people is not what I'd call a responsible use of federal tax incentives.See the full content of this document
