John R. Broderick, Sr., 64, of Ronks, PA entered into eternal rest on July 30th, 2010 following a brief illness. John was born in Meyersdale, PA. He was the son of the late Robert D. and Ilene Broderick of Lancaster, PA. John is survived by his loving wife- Sonya, a son- John R. Jr., fiance of Abbey Pack, and a daughter. He was also blessed with four grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. John has three surviving brothers: Ray, husband of Darla/Lancaster, PA, Gary, husband of Fay/Conestoga, and Robert J., husband of Sandra/ Strasburg, as well as a special niece/and shared daughter, many beloved nephews, an Uncle/Brother, James "Jimmy" Broderick of Berlin, PA.

John was the founder of Heritage Homes. Since 1965 he made his living in, and has forever left his imprint on the industry, of factory built housing. He was an active member of PMHA, a member of F.O.P. Red Rose Lodge 16, a member of the Elks Club of Lancaster County, and a board member of Eagle River Homes in Leola, PA. However, his success in industry is far outmatched by his success in touching the lives of those who were fortunate enough to know him.
