Ms. Liliane Stern applauds President Obama's recent actions to overturn the Religious Conscientious Objector Law. Previously the president declared strong support for such a law in a speech at the University of Notre Dame and later in an obviously worthless executive order that he used to buy votes to pass Obamacare.
