She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, December 6, 1939, to the late John and Phoebe (Reich Gains) Sadler. Peggy was married to John H. Miller, her best friend, with whom she celebrated 38 years of marriage on August 11th.
Peggy is survived by her husband John, her daughter, Caroline W. Swartz, and her husband, Paul B. Swartz, of Seaford, VA; two grandsons, Kyle W. Swartz, a music education major at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA, and Christopher P. Swartz, a music student at Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, AL; and a cousin (who was always like a brother), Worthington E.
