Marian S. Dise, 84, of Landis Homes, died February 26, 2011, at her residence, surrounded by her family. Born in Leola, she was the daughter of the late Levi and Annie Stoltzfus Smoker. She was the wife of the late Warren Dise who died in January of 2000. She worked for Hess Brothers Fruit Company and was a member of Millport Mennonite Church. Her volunteer efforts included sewing for the Mennonite Central Committee.
She is survived by a son, Clair L. husband of Elaine L. Dise of Lititz; two daughters, Doris D. wife of Harlan E. Brubaker of Midlothian, VA, Linda J. wife of E. Eugene Beyer of Lititz; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; brothers, Omar Smoker of Ephrata, Alvin husband of Lois Smoker of Ronks, Ervin husband of Patti Smoker of Conestoga, Levi, Jr. husband of Wilma Smoker of Canada, John Smoker companion of Shirley Niederriter; sisters, Anna Mae, wife of Harold Engel of Cochranville and Lillie Swartz of California.See the full content of this document
