If you could wave a wand and turn Route 30 East into a Lincoln Highway Gateway, what would your vision be?
Perhaps a buffer of trees to separate the road from the outlet centers, restaurants and garish signs that litter the 2.5-mile strip from Route 896 to Oakdale Road. How about bike paths separated from the highway by a phalanx of trees with pedestrian crosswalks or overpasses to facilitate tourists?
