MARTIC TWP.: Car driven by Eugenia Mae Beck, 22, of Seven Valleys, York County, struck back of a horse-drawn buggy and then slid into a railing on Route 372 at the Norman Wood Bridge at about 8:50 p.m. Saturday, state police said.
