An official canvass of the Nov. 3 election results Thursday confirmed Democrat Ben Bamford as the winner - by a razor-thin 11- vote margin - over longtime Republican Lancaster Township Supervisor Tony Allen.
Elections workers did find four previously uncounted votes in the contest, but they did not change the outcome of the race. Bamford picked up two of those votes, bringing his total to 1,190, and Allen picked up two, bringing his total to 1,179.See the full content of this document
