Summary
Ruth K. Geib Kaylor, 92, formerly of Mount Joy and a resident of Moravian Manor, Lititz, went home to be with the Lord on Monday October 5, 2009 at Lancaster General Hospital. Born in Rapho Twp., she was the daughter of the late Oliver T. and Lizzie (Kolp) Geib. She was the widow of the late Glenn Lehman Kaylor who died March of 1994. Ruth worked at the former Grey Iron Casting Co. of Mount Joy as a toy painter and decorator. She was a member of St. Mark's United Methodist Church of Mount Joy and a former den mother for Pack 63 of Mount Joy. She enjoyed other activities including traveling, sewing, crocheting, cooking, and spending time with her family and many friends.
Surviving are two sons, Glenn E. husband of Shirley A. Herr Kaylor of Mastersonville, Brian L. husband of Beverly Rinier Kaylor of Mount Joy; two daughters, Lois J. wife of C. Donald Jones of Lancaster, Caroll A. wife of Blaine E. Pennypacker of Brownstown; a daughter-in-law, Pamela Hershey Kaylor of Mount Joy; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
